Clean Water State Revolving Fund

The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) is a federal loan program administered by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) that provides funding for a variety of wastewater infrastructure and pollution prevention projects. Eligible projects include water quality, water conservation and wastewater treatment projects, such as constructing new wastewater treatment plants, repairing and replacing sewer, stormwater control projects and implementing water conservation projects and programs.
