GEFA and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) have published a set of documents to use when making state direct investments in local water supply projects funded under the Governor’s Water Supply Program (GWSP). These are draft documents and may be altered to accommodate specific project circumstances.The documents are available for review by applicants and other interested parties on the GWSP website and include:

1. Transaction Sequence for State Direct Investment
2. Letter of Intent
3. Purchase Option for Tenancy-In-Common Interest
4. Purchase Option for Real Property (Specific Tract of Land)
5. Lease Agreement
6. Tenancy-In-Common Agreement
7. Fee Deed Without Warranty

We recommend first reviewing the Transaction Sequence for State Direct Investment document, which describes the proposed process for state direct investment and explains the role of the subsequent six documents.
