These are draft documents and may be altered to accommodate specific project circumstances.The documents are available for review by applicants and other interested parties on the GWSP website and include:

Fee Deed Without Warranty We recommend first reviewing the Transaction Sequence for State Direct Investment document, which describes the proposed process for state direct investment and explains the role of the subsequent six documents.
