The Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA), Division of Energy Resources, is amending the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Georgia State Plan for the Weatherization Assistance Program for Low-Income Persons as provided for under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-385). The revised Plan is available for review beginning June 14, 2010, at 233 Peachtree St, NE, Peachtree Center/Harris Tower, Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30303 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

The public hearing for this revised Plan will be held on Monday, June 28, 2010, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 a.m., in the Board Room at the Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority, 233 Peachtree St, NE, Peachtree Center/Harris Tower, Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30303.
